How long are the concerts?
Lolli-Pops™: 45-50 minutes
Happy Concerts for Young People: 1 hour
Cathedral Concerts: 1 hour 30 minutes
Sound Discoveries™: 2 hours 30 minutes
Vivaldi's Venice: 2 hours 30 minutes
What age is appropriate to start bringing my child to the Lolli-Pops™ concerts?
Lolli-Pops™ are specially created to be age appropriate. Children must be at least 3 years old to attend. Everyone must have a ticket.
How early should I arrive to the concert hall?
Please plan to arrive AT LEAST 15 minutes prior to the concert start time. Concert hall doors open 15 to 30 minutes before the performance starts.
All concert halls reserve the right to check bags prior to entrance to the hall.
What if I lose my tickets?
Lost tickets can be replaced by calling out Ticket Services Department at 212.971.9500 from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. There is a $2.50 reprint fee per ticket.
On the day of the concert, go to the concert hall box office 30 minutes before the performance and ask for The Little Orchestra Society representative.
I cannot use the tickets I purchased, what can I do?
Tickets cannot be refunded. There are no weather cancellations.
