LOS and Brooklyn Children's Museum - A Musical World Tour in February!

Monday, February 6, 2017 - 12:56

The Little Orchestra Society inspires and educates children through live music. Our world-renowned music education programs teach families throughout the five boroughs about composing, melody, harmony and other fundamentals, while sparking lifelong love of music. This series, A Musical World Tour, takes place at Brooklyn Children's Museum flagship location in Crown Heights, as well as its new SPARK location in Brooklyn Bridge Park. These programs will excite and engage children, parents and caregivers by building on Brooklyn's diversity to connect to music of the world.   Through music-making, stories, videos, and activities, children will develop a deeper understanding of each selected community and its influences and contributions to the melting pot that is New York City.

All Musical World Tour programs are during the Museum's free admission hours and are made possible thanks to support from the Tiger Baron Foundation.
