Basic Confidentiality Policy
It is LOS policy to keep personal information, like your name, postal and e-mail address or telephone number, private and confidential. We will not share it with any third party, unless you have authorized us to or we are legally required to do so. Accordingly, we store the personal information you provide in a secure location to which only designated staff have access.
LOS Use of your information
If you also have indicated that you would like to receive information about other LOS programs and services, publications or membership, we will add your personal information will be added to appropriate LOS mailing lists. If at any time you change your mind and would like to add or remove your name from LOS's mailing list, or correct your personal information, please contact LOS administrative offices at 212.971.9500.
Information Shared with Third Parties
We may also give your contact information to other organizations we know and trust so that they can inform you about their offerings. If at any time you decide that you do not want us to share your contact information with these organizations, please contact LOS administrative offices at 212.971.9500.
In addition, we sometimes use other companies or individuals to do such things as sending postal mail and e-mail, conducting promotional activities, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, processing credit card payments, and providing customer service. These agents have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes.
Financial Information
The Little Orchestra Society will protect any personal financial information that you share with us. We will use your credit card number only to process your payment and will not use it for marketing purposes. We will retain order information for our records, but this information is never shared with third parties.
Web Site Privacy
The Little Orchestra Society web site is not set up to track, collect or distribute personal information about its visitors. The LOS web site also does not ask for any personal financial information.
The web site is set up to recognize any visitor that is visiting our site to keep track of its access frequency. However, we cannot identify the visitor or the visitor's e-mail address.
