These concerts are a unique and educational experience for the entire family.

WHAT IS THE DISCOUNT?

15 or more in a group receive 25% off full price tickets

WHAT IS A GROUP?

15 or more friends, employees, church or temple members, students or tourists. Everyone must have a ticket regardless of age.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF PURCHASING AS A GROUP?

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO BOOK MY GROUP?

Planning ahead will assure you the best seats at the best prices. Some concerts book up far in advance, so there is no such things as "too early." However, that does not mean we cannot fill "last minute" orders. If your group wants to attend a concert next week, we will do our best to make sure that happens.

CAN I RETURN TICKETS?

Your order is not final until complete payment is made. Any change in quantity can be made up until that point.

WHERE ARE THE CONCERTS?

All the concerts are in Manhattan. Lolli-Pops are at the Kaye Playhouse at Hunter College on the East Side. Happy Concerts for Young People are at Avery Fisher Hall, Lincoln Center. Sound Discoveries is at Town Hall in Time Square and Zankel Hall at Carnegie Hall. The Cathedral Concerts are held at the Cathedral of the Holy Trinity on the Upper East Side.

WHAT AGE IS APPROPRIATE FOR EACH CONCERT?

Lolli-Pops are best for 5 year olds and their families. Happy Concerts for Young People are recommended for children ages 6-12 and their families. Sound Discoveries are for adults.

CAN CHILDREN BE LEFT WITHOUT PARENTS OR CHAPERONES?

No. All children must have a parent or chaperone. The Orchestra does not watch children during the concert.

ARE THE CONCERT HALLS WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?

Kaye Playhouse, Avery Fisher Hall, Town Hall and Zankel Hall at Carnegie Hall are all wheelchair accessible. Please note your specifications when reserving tickets.

WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE?

A non-refundable 25% of estimated number of tickets is due upon reservation, remainder is due by 30 days prior to the concert. Concrete numbers are required 30 days prior and additional tickets will be seated as close to group as possible. Tickets will be mailed upon receipt of final payment.

HOW CAN I PAY?

We accept checks, American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.

An invoice confirming the reservation will be mailed within 5 business days. The invoice payment deadline is 30 days prior to the concert.

Groups that make reservations within 30 days of the concert must make full payment at time of reservation.
